This year we had the fantastic idea of creating a recipe book all about Umbrian gastronomy with truffles.
An idea that wants not only to fascinate the most curious palates, but also to give a little warmth and affection to ourselves or to the people we care about, especially in a phase full of uncertainties like that we are going through.
A little pepper and salt in our life, it never hurts!
